About the Founders of Cycling Against Cancer

About Jason

Jason is a Human Resources and Project Management Consultant in Boston, MA.  When he isn’t advising companies on their latest business initiatives, system implementations, or HR technology, he can be found on the golf course, playing soccer, or cycling around Eastern Mass.

Jason is excited to be participating in his 3rd PMC this year to raise money to fight cancer.  Like many of you, Jason’s family has been heavily impacted by cancer, and the PMC provides the perfect outlet to fight back in a way that truly has an impact.

About Andrea

Andrea is a kindergarten teacher in her hometown of Winthrop, MA. You can find Andrea running along the shoreline of Winthrop, cycling the back roads of MA and cheering the Red Sox at Fenway Park!

Andrea is a beginner cyclist with one PMC under her belt.  She participated in her first PMC three years ago just months after purchasing her road bike, inspired by the mission and tremendous impact that the PMC has on the lives of those battling cancer.

This year, she plays the role of training partner, and virtual rider and looks to stay involved in the PMC in honor of survivors, and loved ones who have been lost and with the hope that no one will have to face cancer in the future.
